How long have you been with Seadrill, and what keeps you here?

I’ve been here for over 9 years, and every year has brought a different challenge. I’ve been treated exceptionally well and had the opportunity to be involved in projects and challenges that have enhanced my professional experience and knowledge to a very high level.

What are the people like at Seadrill?

Our people are forward-thinking, positive individuals and our enthusiasm rubs off on each other.

What makes someone a good fit for the Seadrill team?

Seadrill is an extremely dynamic organisation, and so we look for people who thrive on change. They should be able to think differently, be open and honest, and not afraid to ask questions.

What would you say to someone thinking about a career with Seadrill?

Those of us who are in the later stages of our careers continue to support, teach, develop and mentor our younger colleagues. We have the ability to shape their futures each time we have a conversation or offer guidance. This type of support is invaluable for our organisation.
